Charmaine Turner is a globally experienced HR executive and Certified Executive Coach (CEC, PCC) with over two decades of leadership based in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada with global teams across Australia, NZ, Canada, the US, the UK, and China. She is the founder of Elevate Local, a coaching consultancy supporting leaders and organisations to grow sustainably through purpose-driven leadership and high-impact HR strategy.
Charmaine brings a rare blend of strategic foresight, operational excellence, and cultural intelligence, shaped by her tenure as Chief People Officer, Head of HR, and Director of Employee Experience in high-growth and complex environments. She has led global HR operations, scaled international workforces, and ignited and embedded coaching cultures in high performance organisations.
Her coaching engagements span the Asia-Pacific region and beyond, including partnerships with leading coaching firms to coach global brands such as Accenture, KPMG, Rio Tinto, PWC, Binance Crypto, DFS Group, Nestlé, General Mills, QBE, Tabcorp, SBS, TAFE NSW, and the QLD Dept of Environment & Science, and more.
